Dr. Yoshihiro Hayashi

Dr. Yoshihiro Hayashi

Dr. Yoshihiro Hayashi, Chairperson, SDRJ/Visiting Professor, Faculty of Science and Technology, KEIO University. He received Ph.D. degrees in applied chemistry from Keio University, Yokohama, Japan, 1987. He joined Central Research Laboratories, NEC Corporation, Japan, from 1987 to 2009, and engaged in R&D on the leading-edge ULSI BEOL integrations: bonding-type 3DIC, porous low-k/Cu interconnects, on-chip RF-CMOS, and FeRAM devices. From 2010, he transferred to Renesas Electronics Corp. and managed the developments of ReRAM and RF-MCU and its application solutions, such as a healthcare RF-terminal system. In 2017, he was one of the start-up committee members of SDRJ, JSAP, and is the member of the international roadmap committee (IRC), IEEE international roadmap of devices and systems (IRDS). In 2019, he was a visiting professor, KEIO University, and is currently engaged in material chemistry for the IoT systems.
