Notes on Registration
Read and agree to the following terms and conditions before proceeding to the registration.
- The program is subject to change without notice.
- Payment for registration fee can only be made by credit card.
Credit cards accepted are MasterCard, VISA,JCB, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
- Refunds will be available only when the notification with the reason of cancellation to nikkeibp_2026@semiconportal.com by Wednesday 15 July 2026 at 23:59 JST(UTC+9) is made. After the cancellation deadline, no refunds will be be made. We kindly ask that a substitute attend the meeting.
- If the person who registered for the seminar is unable to attend, please have a proxy attend in his/her place.
- Transportation and accommodation expenses to the venue are to be borne by the registrants. Please refrain from bringing children.
- The fee will not be refunded in the event that a presentation is replaced due to the sudden illness of the speakers or other circumstances. The seminar itself may be cancelled due to natural disasters, force majeure, or other unavoidable reasons. In such cases, the seminar fee will be refunded.
- Registration will be closed when it reaches the maximum capacity. You are encouraged to proceed registration at the earliest time.
Please carry out registration-mail printing as the Attendance Certificate on the day.
